My best holiday ever

My best vacations were when I was a child and used to travel to Chiloé Island every summer to go to Ancud to visit my aunt and my cousin. I still remember the first time I crossed the Chacao Channel on the ferry. It was a foggy morning, and I was very scared because I had heard diferents legends, including that of the "Caleuche," the ghost ship that appears near the island.

Chiloé is an island where it rains all year round and has beautiful beaches. One of my favorites is Lechagua Beach because it's a peaceful and shallow beach.

Another place that surprised me is Fort Agui, which dates back to 1779 and is considered one of the last Spanish forts from colonial times.

The people on the island are very calm, cheerful, and supportive, and they are great at telling stories, tales, myths, and legends.

Finally, the island has delicious food like Milcao or Curanto, which I would recommend to anyone visiting the island.

I hope that everyone can one day visit Chiloé Island and be captivated by its beauty and magic.
